Garden Ponds, Sheffield

Ponds are a great way of attracting wildlife to any garden as well as being aesthetically pleasing. Although it may appear simple, a lot of experience is required to create the perfect, natural-looking pond, which we pride ourselves on doing every time. The photo below is of a pond we installed in Nether Edge, Sheffield.

Our clients, Nicky and Paul, wanted to extend their pond, make it look a lot more natural and reinstate their non-functioning cascade. Quite extensive digging was required to excavate the original concrete pond and replace it with a butyl liner.

All signs of which we made sure were completely submerged under water, along with the bottoms of the edging stone, to retain the natural look. The cascade is also now fully functional and Nicky and Paul are thrilled with the results.
